1. Shipping Policy

1.1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order.

1.2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We are proud to offer worldwide shipping! We ship within the United States and to international destinations. All orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners based in Japan, known for their reliability and care.

1.3. Shipping Options & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders. Estimated Delivery: 10-14 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee at checkout. Estimated Delivery: 7-10 business days.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

1.4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

1.5. Shipping Delays
During peak seasons and major holidays, there may be slight delays in both processing and shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your Da'Slippers. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

2.1. Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., final sale or clearance items) are marked as non-returnable.

2.2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@daslippers.com.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the product you wish to return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and the return shipping address within 1-2 business days.
    Please do not ship your return until you have received authorization from our support team.

2.3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item).
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost and send you a replacement product. Please contact us immediately.

2.4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping fees (for Express Shipping) are non-refundable.

2.5. Exchanges

  • We currently offer direct exchanges for a different size if the item is unfit.
  • To request an exchange, please follow the return process outlined in section 2.2. Once we receive the original item, we will ship out the new size at no additional shipping cost.
